FINCA La Perla Verde
Only a 20-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Villajoyosa, our finca is located in the hilly landscape between 4 authentic villages: Relleu, Sella, Orcheta and Finestrat.
Finca La Perla Verde is a rare, centuries-old traditional finca surrounded by terraces dating back to the time when Arabs occupied Spain (8th - 15th century). Witness are the many almond and olive trees that surround the characterful building. The recently renovated finca is located on a hill in its own domain of 10 ha at 360 meters altitude with a very diverse fauna and flora, large pieces of untouched nature and even its own mountain.
The finca was recently completely stripped down and transformed into a comfortable residence, a perfect combination of old charm and new comfort. The holiday accommodation is completely self-sufficient, off-grid and equipped with solar energy, batteries and an underground water tank. The tenants have a private swimming pool (3x6m) with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and beautiful views. Around are several idyllic places to enjoy the overwhelming landscape.
The house is comfortably equiped with a.o. open kitchen, a professional gas plancha, a paella set, a cozy living room with stove, a washing machine, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. There is a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. Because the finca is not connected to the electricity grid, there is no dishwasher or internet. There is a large fridge, a small freezer and perfect 4G reception.
After reservation you will receive a script with all useful information about the finca so that a carefree stay is guaranteed.
If your group consists of more than 8 people, be sure to check out the Casa Lukas page. This cozy cottage can accommodate 4 people in complete privacy and is located 350m from La Perla Verde, in its own biotope. Each house has its own swimming pool and guests can stay there in complete discretion without disturbing each other.
When you make a reservation, you will receive an information bundle containing some nice highlights in the area. There are topographical maps and a lot of information in the finca.
The coast is close and easy to reach from the finca. You will find the beautiful, long sandy beach of Villajoyosa with its colorful old town. There is an abundance of cozy restaurants and bars. There are also idyllic coves such as playa Bol Nou, Playa la Caleta and El Torres. At a short distance you have many other beautiful coastal towns such as: Altea, Albir and El Campello. We think Benidorm is definitely worth a visit. For an active holiday with kids there are plenty of options such as: Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Safari Aitana, pedalo with slide in la Cala .... All this at a 15-minute drive from la Perla Verde!
There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area serving tasty tapas and wine (accessible by car). Furthermore, the modern supermarkets in Finestrat and Villajoyosa offer a very extensive and relatively inexpensive range of fresh fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, wine, ...
The region is a true delight for hikers. A 'Camino de Santiago' starts in Villajoyosa and runs through the mountains, along the reservoir to Relleu and passes at the finca - highly recommended! There are also three walks in and around Relleu and there is a very nice walk to Sella. You will find topographic maps in the finca. You are in the middle of a nature reserve! On your own property alone you can walk for more than half a day.
Sella (12 minutes away - also a nice walk), is a climber's paradise. You can spot rock climbers from all over Europe.
The area is known among cyclists, both professionals on altitude training and amateurs. Here you will find the top 10 cols in the area. The Aitana is 25 kilometers away and is a tough climb!

A deposit of 30% of the total price is paid upon reservation. The remaining amount + deposit of 300€ will be paid at the latest 1 month before arrival. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after your stay.
In the period from 7/11-3/4, the ground floor (max. 2 persons) can be rented for longer periods. Contact us for a special price.
