Casa Rosa
Casa Rosa is within walking distance of the center of Relleu. It is located in the beautiful valley of the Amadorio, which leads to a 16th century reservoir, a beautiful biotope!
This house was completely renovated in 2020 and 2021 and equipped with a swimming pool. The very spacious house (280 square meters of living space) offers sufficient space to stay comfortably with 10 people.
Casa Rosa is located in the middle of his garden of Eden. There are old olive trees, orange and lemon trees, as well as fig trees and many vines. The view of the surroundings is beautiful.
On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable open kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The dining area consists of a 3m long wooden table from which you have a beautiful view over the wide landscape. On this floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one room with a double bed and terrace and another room with two single beds. Between these rooms there is a shower room with sink and toilet.
On the first floor is a nicely furnished sitting area (12m x 4m) with wooden floor and again a beautiful panorama. There is a large TV with TV Vlaanderen. Next to the sitting area is the master bedroom (12mx3.5m) with terrace and shower room with double sink and toilet.Under the dining room at garden level, there is another floor with bedrooms, which The family rooms (12m x 4m) consist of a master bedroom with a double bed, a large shower room, separate toilet and a second bedroom with two single beds. The semi-covered outdoor kitchen connects seamlessly with the pool (3x6m). With the large portable gas BBQ, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
You are not far from the charming village of Relleu. Here you have a small supermercado, a grocery store, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a few restaurants and bars.
For larger purchases you can visit the very extensive shopping center of Finestrat (mercadona, Mediamarkt , shopping center La Marina, Carrefour, clothing stores, ..), this is about 20 km away.
The coast is close by (19 km, 30 min drive) and easy to reach. Here you also have large supermarkets such as Mercadona, Spar, Consum….
At the coast you will find the beautiful old town of Villajoyosa with its long, sandy beach and its colorful old town. There is an abundance of cozy restaurants and bars. There are also idyllic coves such as playa Bol Nou, Playa la Caleta and El Torres. At a short distance you have many other beautiful coastal towns such as: Altea, Albir and El Campello.
We think Benidorm is definitely worth a visit. For an active holiday with kids there are plenty of options such as: Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Safari Aitana, pedalo with slide in la Cala .... All this within 20 minutes drive from Casa Rosa!
The region is also a real joy for hikers. A 'Camino de Santiago' starts in Villajoyosa and runs through the mountains, along the reservoir to Relleu. There are also three hikes in and around Relleu and there is a very nice walk to Sella. You are in the middle of a nature reserve! Sella (15 minutes drive) is a paradise for climbers. You invariably see rock climbers from all over Europe. The area is known among cyclists, both among professionals on altitude training and amateurs. The Aitana is 25 kilometers away and is a tough climb!

When booking, an advance of 30% of the total price is paid. The remaining amount + deposit of 300€ will be paid at the latest 1 month before arrival. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after your stay.
With the exception of the months of July and August, there is a possibility to rent Casa Rosa per month at an interesting price!
