On the private road to 'Finca Perla Verde' you will come across the charming Ibiza-style house 'Casa Lukas' 500m before the finca. It is located in a beautiful valley and yet not far from the sea and tourist spots. Casa Lukas used to be the house of our neighbors. In 2019 they put this up for sale to us - we have completely renovated it in 2020 and 2021. Luk has turned the house into something special, both inside and out, as well as the 1.5 hectares of nature around it. Therefore we called it 'Casa Lukas'.
The characterful country house is located in the middle of untouched nature and the age-old terraces with almond trees. The large 'pimentoro falso' ('false pepper tree') provides a blissful, shady seat in front of the house.
Casa Lukas is a perfect house for 4 people. Like the Finca Perla Verde, it is completely ecological, off-grid and equipped with solar energy. There is a cozy dining and sitting area with pellet stove. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a nice shower room with sink and toilet.
In front of the house there is a natural terrace with lots of space to relax. At this place there is a bath in which you can doze off with a view of the mountains! The swimming pool (3x6) is located slightly lower in the middle of a beautiful piece of nature of more than 1 hectare. A fantastic place to relax, sunbathe and swim!
After reservation you will receive a script with all useful information about 'Casa Lucas' so that a carefree stay is guaranteed!
If your group consists of more than 4 people, be sure to check out the Finca La Perla Verde. This ancient finca can accommodate 4 - 8 people and is located 350m from La Perla Verde, in its own biotope. Each house has its own pool, guests can stay there in all discretion without disturbing each other.
From 'Casa Lukas' the coast is close and easy to reach. You will find the beautiful, long sandy beach of Villajoyosa with its colorful old town. There is an abundance of cozy restaurants and bars. There are also idyllic coves such as playa Bol Nou, Playa la Caleta and El Torres. At a short distance you have many other beautiful coastal towns such as: Altea, Albir and El Campello. We think Benidorm is definitely worth a visit. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area serving tasty tapas and wine (accessible by car). Furthermore, the modern supermarkets in Finestrat and Villajoyosa offer a very extensive and relatively inexpensive range of fresh fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, wine, ...
For an active holiday with kids there are plenty of options such as: Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Safari Aitana, pedalo with slide on in la Cala... All this at a 15-minute drive from 'Casa Lukas'!
The region is a true delight for hikers. A 'Camino de Santiago' starts in Villajoyosa and runs through the mountains, along the reservoir to Relleu and passes at casa Lukas - highly recommended! There are also three walks in and around Relleu and there is a very nice walk to Sella.
You are in the middle of a nature reserve!
Sella (12 minutes' drive) is a climber's paradise. You invariably see rock climbers from all over Europe. The area is known among cyclists, both professionals on altitude training and amateurs. Here you will find the top 10 cols in the area. The Aitana is 25 kilometers away and is a tough climb!

When booking, an advance of 30% of the total price is paid. The remaining amount + deposit of 300€ will be paid at the latest 1 month before arrival. The deposit will be refunded without damage at the latest 2 weeks after your stay.
These are prices per night with a minimum stay of 10 nights. Here it's also good in winter for longer periods. The house has a pellet stove. From November to March, casa Lukas can be rented: 600€ for 14 days or 900€/month. With the exception of the months of July and August, there is a possibility to rent Casa Lukas per month at an interesting price!
